Don Alberto Torriani
Dean
Born in Bollate in 1971. After taking his vows in 2000, he was parochial Vicar at the Parish of San Biagio di Monza, and later of the Ascensione Pastoral Community. In Monza he was head of the city’s Youth Pastoral services from 2003 to 2011. He has been active in the scholastic world since 2000, as an assistant and Deputy Headmaster of the San Biagio di Monza parochial schools; from 2011 to September 2016 he was Dean of the Collegio Rotondi of Gorla Minore (VA), after which he became Deputy Dean of the Collegio San Carlo of Milan and, since February 2017, its Dean.
Ciro Di Cecio
Managing director
Ciro Di Cecio has been the Director General of the Collegio San Carlo since 2017. Since 2018 he has held the same position for the Collegio Villoresi in Monza and the Collegio Volta in Lecco. He has more than twenty years’ experience in the Human Resources sector, having worked for leading groups such as Pirelli, Olivetti and Autostrade per l'Italia. From 2007 to 2010 he was Managing Director at Telecontact Center spa (a fully owned Telecomitalia subsidiary), with more than 2,500 employees and four call centers in Italy. From 2011 to 2013 he was a Representative of Telecom Italia’s Argentinian subsidiary and President of SOFORA S.A., the holding company that controls Telecom Argentina, the country’s primary telephone company. Upon his return to Italy, in 2014, he set up his own consulting firm, specializing in Human Resource management. In addition, before joining Collegio San Carlo, he worked for two years as HR Vice President at the Swedish colossus Trelleborg – Wheel Systems division. He graduated with honors in Political Science from Federico II University in Naples, with a thesis on Economic and Financial AffairsAcademics leader
Laura Camerini
Preschool Coordinator
An educator since 1999, the year in which she joined the Collegio San Carlo. From 2005 to 2018 she taught in the Primary School. In 2018 she assumed the position of Pedagogical coordinator of the Preschool at Collegio San Carlo.
Antonella Sacchi
Headmaster High Schools
A Literature teacher since 1996, the year in which she joined Collegio San Carlo. From 2010 to 2017, first ViceHeadmaster and then Headmaster of the Social Sciences Diploma Program. In 2017 she became Headmaster of all the Collegio’s Diploma Programs.
John Mores
Headmaster IB Diploma Program
Having started teaching in 1984, he has taught several IB DP courses including Mathematics, History, Business and Management and Theory of Knowledge. He has been in his current role as IB DP Principal/Mathematics teacher at Collegio San Carlo since 2018

Giuseppe Calegari
Deputy Dean
A teacher of English literature and language since 1985. Since 2016 he has been on the faculty at Collegio San Carlo, not only with the title of Deputy Dean, but as Leader of the Pastoral Team.
Paola Battaglia
Deputy Dean
A literature teacher in the Middle School from 1978 to 1992, in 1984 he also becomes ianterim function. From 1992 to 2017 Scholastic Director at the Comprehensive School “ Scuole Parrocchiali di San Biagio “ – Monza. Since 2018 he has been Deputy Dean at Collegio San Carlo
