How to apply

Portal registration

Starting from March 30th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

What do I need to do?

  • Register on the Admissions Portal in the link below
  • Complete all required fields in the online form
  • Check that you have received the registration confirmation email

Open Day

(Mandatory step to proceed with the application)

What do I need to do?

  • Log in to your account (SEZIONE ESTERNI)
  • Click on the “+” button in the bottom right corner
  • Select the area and level of interest (Nursery or Preschool)
  • View the available Open Day dates and register for your preferred session
  • After registration, please check that you have received the confirmation email, which will include a QR code to be presented at the entrance on the day of the Open Day for attendance tracking
  • Once attendance at the Open Day has been recorded, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your child’s application

Introductory Interview with the Pedagogical Coordinator

(Mandatory step to proceed with the application)

What do I need to do?

  • Return to your application and access the INTERVIEW section to book one of the available time slots
  • Check that you have received the email containing the link and instructions for the remote interview, along with the tuition fee schedule for the relevant academic year
  • Attend the online interview on the scheduled date. The presence of both parents and the child is required, even if connecting from different locations

Enrollment

What do I need to do?

  • Following approval by the Pedagogical Coordinator and the Rector, you will receive an email outlining the enrollment procedures
  • From the date of receipt of the authorization, enrollment must be completed within five working days

  • Updated vaccination certificate
  • Enrollment form
  • Payment form
  • Student’s identity document
  • Parents’ identity documents
  • Educational partnership agreement
  • Consent for school psychology service
  • Privacy policy and data processing authorization

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. At the end of each Open Day, families are invited to take part in a guided tour of our Nursery and Preschool learning environments.
No. The initial admissions process - including the meeting with parents and the short, age-appropriate activities with the children – is completely free of charge.
Enrollment priority is given to siblings of students currently attending the Collegio and to children of alumni, provided that application deadlines are respected and enrollment is completed within the established time frames following the admissions process.
When forming classes, careful consideration is given to maintaining a balanced group in terms of gender and birth months, in order to support a positive and inclusive learning environment.
For intermediate classes (4- and 5-year-old sections), availability is determined following confirmation or withdrawal of currently enrolled students.
Please note that, in accordance with both educational guidelines and school regulations, related children cannot be placed in the same class.
If no places are available, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Placement on the list is determined by the date of online registration on the Admissions Portal and attendance. Should a place become available, families will be promptly contacted by the Early Childhood Admissions Office.
