The Admissions process

After the online registration, it will be possible to register to the event via Admission Platform.

In order to ensure a better organization, Open Days are reserved to families who have requested participation by registering on the Admissions Portal. The day before the meeting, parents will receive the link by email to participate to the meeting via Microsoft Teams (for a better connection download the app on your device)

Open Days take place during weekdays in the afternoon.

Eventually in-person tours will be evaluated in compliance with the current health safety regulations. During Open Days, we will show videos that will allow you to virtually visit the indoor and outdoor spaces dedicated to teaching, science and technology laboratories, the gyms, the cafeteria , the infirmary, the administrative and secretarial offices.

After Open Day you will receive an email with the tuition plan indicating the one-time contribution fee expected upon initial enrollment to Collegio San Carlo.

Yes, appraisals will take place on Microsoft Temas during family interviews. Each candidate will take part in a meeting with the School's educational coordinator. During the meeting the educational coordinator will carry out a few small activities with the candidates. The candidates will need a pc/laptop with internet access, active camera and audio, to ensure better visibility of the candidates. Tablet or smartphone are not allowed.

After Open Day participation, families should select the available interview date with the Admission team.

No costs are expected.

After completing the admission procedures, the Dean authorizes the enrollment. The enrollment confirmation will be provided by email. Any further information will be provided by telephone.

Priority enrollment is given to brothers/sisters of internal students of Collegio and to sons/daughters of former students, provided that the application registration procedure has been respected and that, following the conclusion of the admission process and after receiving authorization, enrollment is carried out within 5 working days. Classes will be designed in accordance to a balance between boys and girls. For intermediate grades (4 and 5 years old), we will assign seats availability according to possible withdrawls

L’autorizzazione all’iscrizione sarà riservata con diritto di prelazione entro i successivi cinque giorni lavorativi. Coloro che non avranno perfezionato l’iscrizione nei termini stabiliti perderanno il diritto di prelazione e saranno collocati in lista d’attesa.

Yes, Collegio keeps into account enrollment priority for a maximum of five business days. After that, Collegio will consider the position assignable to other candidates according to the waiting list

In case of acceptance of the application, you will be asked to fill out the required forms on the portal and upload the candidate's vaccination certificate. Digitally, through the portal, you will be asked to fill out the required forms, to pay the one-time fee for first registration exclusively via online payment. This fee will not be refundable in case of withdrawal.
