Motto and values

For personal and spiritual growth

We look to the sky in search of the Truth, seeking knowledge, celebrating excellence, giving talent its due, with the humility that makes men angels.

We look to the sky to discover new horizons and touch the hearts of others and the world.

We look to the generations growing up now, and those to come, to give tangible form to what has always been our goal: building stories of the future.

A future that has already begun.

The experiences of recent years

Motto stelle
2017 / 2018 THE FUTURE
We don't give up looking at the stars, we don't do it just by looking upwards or by using lenses but also with the ability to recognize ourselves in a story that becomes a grateful memory. The wisdom and patience of the farmer, which I compare to the art of education, guards his harvest with this double gaze: to the sky to scrutinize events and invoke the future and to the earth to guard the sap and effectiveness of the harvest! The style of care and patience is a hallmark of education.
Motto radici 1
“I love trees. They are like us, roots well planted and gaze towards the sky." We don't give up looking at the stars, we don't do it just by looking upwards or by using lenses but also with the ability to recognize ourselves in a story that becomes a grateful memory. The wisdom and patience of the farmer, which I compare to the art of education, guards his harvest with this double gaze: to the sky to scrutinize events and invoke the future and to the earth to guard the sap and effectiveness of the harvest!
Motto arco
2019 / 2020 THE PRESENT
The biblical icon of the bow/rainbow that God sends between heaven and earth as a sign of communion and alliance (see Gen. 9.13) It is the symbol that will keep us company in the coming months: attention on the "present time ” has within itself this call to personal, community and social responsibility. The word "responsibility" is the grammar with which in a life that response to a call is constructed which is first and foremost a call to life and, for believers, to the love of God.
The art of counting the days, like the art of counting the stars, is the art of living, of being in the world, of being together, of interpreting our time and of making wise and promising choices, it is the "wisdom practice" (or of the heart) which helps us to live aware of what we have experienced, avoiding the foolishness of those who forget - wasting them - the dramatic days of the past months but treasure them, as Pope Francis has invited us to do several times

The principles we stand for

Values to the highest power

Truth

We teach our students to seek the truth, and thus avoid any hint of plagiarism in their normal scholastic life.

Freedom

We teach responsible freedom.

Without a sense of responsibility there can be no real freedom

Solidarity

We teach hands-on solidarity.

The concreteness of action makes the action itself effective and credible.
