A unique learning path that grows over time
Already in the Preschool, but especially in the Primary School, the educational model is one of “vertical continuity”.
The accumulated knowledge and the acquisition of new skills are re-presented in greater depth, gradually achieving the ultimate goal of preparation for the coursework of the Middle School.
STEM projects
The STEM methodology is applied transversally, from Preschool to High School, in order to ensure a forward-looking learning approach, in which problem solving and critical thinking are developed in moments dedicated to an integrated approach to knowledge acquisition. Students learn to observe and interact directly with the material, through experimentation and “hands on” activities, in class and in the labs.

Anna Asti
Principal
A mathematics teacher since 1992 first at the high school then at SS1, she has been involved in research in education and teacher training in various school orders. From 2015 to 2022, she coordinated and chaired the Don Bosco parish school in Paderno Dugnano. She has been at Collegio San Carlo since 2022 also serving as department coordinator. From September 2023, he assumed the position of Vice Rector at Collegio San Carlo, until April 1, 2025 when he assumed the role of Principal of the entire first cycle.
don Luca Melchioretto
Vice Rector
Ordained as a priest in 2001, after obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Theology the previous year from the Theological Faculty of Northern Italy, Milan. Formerly vicar of youth ministries in numerous parishes, he was hired at Collegio San Carlo in 2013 as a religion teacher. At the same time, he was parish vicar at the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio until 2024 and currently at the pastoral community of Sant'Apollinare and Sant'Anselmo di Baggio. Vice Rector since September 2025.
Simona Belluschi
Vice Principal
Bachelor's degree in Literature from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2002. From 2003 to 2012, primary school teacher at the San Biagio Parish Schools in Monza. From 2012 to 2014, primary school teacher at the G. Rodari Comprehensive School in Macherio, from 2014 to 2024, primary school teacher at the Tolstoj Comprehensive School in Desio, serving as the state school's representative for assessment, inclusion, and English language enhancement; class formation, psychological counseling, and educational field trips. Since 2024, primary school teacher at the Collegio San Carlo in Milan and, since September 2025, vice principal for the primary school.
Claudia Guarneri
Vice Principal
Primary school teacher since 1999, with experience gained in various state-recognized schools in the city of Turin. Since 2007, primary school teacher at Collegio San Carlo and, since September 2025, vice principal for the primary school.
